By accessing and using MittiBite's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of order placement.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement for a full refund. After this time, cancellations may be subject to fees. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

MittiBite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
